Subject: Letter on the topic of noise pollution
Sir/Madam,
Through an article in your newspaper, I would like to shed some light and bring awareness on the topic of noise pollution.
Pollution is a cancer that eats up earth from the inside. There are several types of pollution, one of them being noise pollution. Noise pollution is caused by the loud noises that have become a part of our day to day lives. Delhi is not immune to noise pollution. The constant noise of the cars and the traffic only adds to the pollution.
There is also the loud noises from the machinery in factories all over Delhi. In addition to that, the loud music that is played for a long duration also severely harms the place that we live in. The government should promote practices that counter this type of pollution as well as the people themselves should check their daily practices to fight against noise pollution.
The column of your newspaper will make people aware of this topic and shed more light on it in a clear and precise manner.
