Subject: Issue of rash driving in my area
Sir/Madam,
Through an article in your newspaper, I would like to draw attention towards the cases of rash driving in my area.
It has come to my notice that in the area I live in, there has been an alarming increase in the cases of rash driving. My locality is a residential one in which people of all ages live. Rash driving, especially by the youngsters, has come to a point that it has harmed several people by bumping or sometimes even hitting them.
Earlier it used to be only a few cases but now almost every kid that I see is driving in a very dangerous manner. This is also promoting hooliganism and vulgar behavior that is often shown by these kids. It is affecting our locality in a bad way.
Your newspaper will help bring this issue to the concerned authorities. They will help to curb the issue that has turned extremely harmful.
