This is Anjana F of your class, 8th A. I am writing this letter to ask for a one-day leave on the 20th of this month. My right leg bone was fractured and was plastered three weeks ago. It’s only been a week since the plaster was removed. I have to go to the hospital for the check- up and to do the follow-up. The date given to me by the hospital for the check-up is the 20th.
I kindly request that you grant me a leave on the 20th so that I can visit the hospital and do my health check-up. I will make sure to go through all the lessons that will be taught on the days of my absence, clear all the doubts, and complete the notes as well.
