This is Aparna F of your class, 9th C. I am writing this letter to explain the reason for my absence from school on the 10th and 11th of this month. I was absent because my family and I travelled to Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. We had to visit the famous Tirupati Sri Venkateswara Temple and some other temples as well.
This journey was something that I and my family couldn’t avoid. Though we planned to have this journey during the holidays, my parents were stuck with some work-related emergencies. Hence, we planned our journey on these working days.
I kindly request that you consider this my leave letter and permit me to attend the classes.
I will make sure that I go through the lessons taught on the days of my absence, clear all the doubts, and complete the notes as well.
