Stanza 1
‘‘To believe is to know that everyday is a new beginning. Is to trust that miracles happen, and dreams really do come true.
The poet wants us to believe that everything will be alright because there is a new day every day to begin whatever one wants. And one may not know, but help could arrive from any place where one would’ve never imagined. One should not let their dreams die because their dreams will come true.
Stanza 2
To believe is to see angels dancing among the clouds. To know the wonder of a stardust sky and the wisdom of the man in the moon.
If one believes in angels then they can probably see them dancing in the skies. In other words, belief can help one see clearly whatever they believe in. If he believes in horoscopes or falling stars then he can observe the skies. And if he believes in the man on the moon, then he can probably see the man too. Here the poet wants us to know that if one believes in something then they can see it.

To believe is to know the value of a nurturing heart, The innocence of a child’s eyes and the beauty of an aging hand, for it is through their teachings, we learn to love.
One must believe in the goodness of human nature and that a person can have a good heart to help others without asking for something in return. Similarly, a child’s eyes show the glimmer of innocence and hope. In contrast, old people offer the advantage of their experience and have so much to teach the younger generation.
Stanza 4
To believe is to find the strength and courage that lies within us, When it is time to pick up the pieces and begin again.
One must believe in himself to find the strength and courage within to restart when he thinks everything has gone wrong. A person can think that he has failed himself but he will have to motivate himself to pick up the pieces and start again. He must never give up, but keep on fighting until he succeeds.
Stanza 5
To believe is to know we are never alone, That life is a gift and this is our time to cherish it.
If a man looks around then he will understand that someone who loves him is always there to support and he will never be alone. Even if there is no one around God is always with around. This life has been gifted and thus one shouldn’t throw it away but feel grateful for having the privilege to live and cherish it.
Stanza 6
To believe is to know that wonderful surprises are just waiting to happen, And all our hopes and dreams are within reach. If only we believe.’’
The poet tells the readers to believe in the positive aspects that are waiting to happen. While we are determined on working for our dreams, we must not think that we are going on the wrong path or we might fail. We should believe in our actions and they will surely turn into something wonderful. According to the speaker, we must remain focused on the things we are doing as wonderful surprises are on their way.
