Subject: Leave application for one week
Sir,
I, Priyanka Chopra, am a student of B.A. English (honors), first year, second semester. I wish to inform you that I will not be able to attend classes next week. Sir, I have surgery scheduled on October 22nd.
As per my medical report, I have stones in my kidney. This can not be delayed more as it has become very serious and painful now. The doctor has advised me to take bed rest after the surgery for at least five days.
Therefore, kindly grant me a week’s leave from October 22 and to October 29th. I shall be highly grateful to you.
