Subject: Leave application for one month
Sir,
I, Rajkummar Rao, am a class teacher of 7th C. With due respect, I inform you that I will be unable to perform my duties for one month. I am taking my mother for medical treatment out of the country.
She has to go for this treatment every six months. I have no siblings and my father is too old to handle everything alone. Please allow my absence for a month from 20th October to 20th November.
I have attached the medical reports with the application. I have already completed the syllabus for one month. I will revise it when I will come back. I shall be highly obliged.
