People who are born from 1981 to 1996 are known as the millennial generation. Another anime for this generation is Generation Y or the Net Generation. The majority of millennials are seen to spend most of their time on their mobile phones. They are more educated than the older generation and are seen to be very well-focused with their savings. In the US and in many parts of the world, most of the people in the workforce are known as millennials. As compared with other generations, this generation stands out because of many reasons. One of which is for making charitable donations. They care a lot about the environment and are seen to make major changes in the working of helping and saving the environment. The workplace is seen to be one of the most important places to make this generation happy and satisfied. The majority of the people in this generation are seen to have a broader mindset are open to change and are able to adapt better in different situations as well. This generation is seen to be even more creative and has a lot more confidence in speaking up and more creative thinking.
