Morning walks are proven to be extremely beneficial for the human body and mind. It refreshes one mind and energizes the body. It boosts the stamina and flexibility of one’s body. It has been found that the best time for morning walks is between 5 am to 7 am.
One could take a 30 min walk while one could take an hour or more, depending on the person.
