Meditation is considered a type of mind-body complementary medicine. With time a lot of people are seen to practise this. It is believed to relax the�mind and the body. It is an ancient practice. In India, meditation and yoga have been put into great importance as they are now being put into the education curriculum.�
Students and teachers are being asked to take a period for this as well. While some of the people are against the practice of tradition, there are another big bunch of people who wholeheartedly believes in meditation.�
