Junk food pertains to processed food that comes out of packets. It is very unhealthy in nature and should be avoided at all costs.
Junk food is extremely harmful to health. They have zero nutritional value and are completely devoid of vital nutrients such as proteins, vitamins, and minerals that are essential to the body. Frequent consumption of junk food such as chips, and carbonated beverages cause health issues such as diabetes and obesity which could become fatal.
