Discipline is the rule of conduct. It is required in every field of life. It plays a vital role in all walks of life. The word “discipline” is from the Latin word disciplina, meaning “instruction and training.” It is derived from the root word discere” to learn.” For a civilised society, discipline is extremely important therefore discipline is taught to children from a very young age at home and in schools.
A person can get respect if he or she is disciplined in a society. If one does not abide by discipline there will be a lot of chaos and confusion in life. It develops strength, unity, and cooperation amongst peers and people in a community.
