I’m David Jacob, a third-year Btech student, and I live in room XXXX in B Block.
I’m writing to let you know that from February 15 through February 20, 2023, I’ll be spending five days at home. The rationale is that a family meeting has been held in our home due to personal matters, and I must be present.
The entry and leave times on February 15 and February 2023, respectively, will be 9:30 am and 9:30 pm. I’ve already gotten the principal’s approval. For your reference, I’ll include the authorization letter with this letter. I’ll provide you the parent’s phone number if you have any more inquiries.
