Respected sir,
I’m writing to let you know that my name is Harish Jasper and that I’m a student in section C of class B A’s second year. For the past year, I’ve been living at hostel XXXX.

I’m writing to ask for your kind permission and the go-ahead to take a trip after my examinations are over. On February 15, 2023, after my exams will be finished, I’m going on a three-day trip with some of my pals. By February 19th, 2023, I will undoubtedly be back.

I politely ask your permission to go on an outing, and I would be eternally grateful if you could.
