Good morning sir,
On January 31, 2023, I must appear in Sessions Court to answer a charge of Hit and Run.
My 13-year-old son is scheduled for surgery at Apollo Hospital on this day, thus I am unable to attend court. My wife will be in Chennai to assist in caring for her aging father, therefore she won’t be able to transport him to the hospital.
I want the court to postpone the hearing on my case. Except for Thursdays, I am able to attend court on any other day.
