Subject – Application for the request of leave for sick leave for class 9th student
Sir,
With all due respect and honour, I would like to state that I would like to request a leave for three days i.e. 3rd of February 2022 till the 5th of February 2022 because I am suffering from headache and cough. I would like to take this leave so that I can go for a check up and heal properly. There are times when I can stand properly because of my headache and this worries me and my parents.
My parents are currently out of station and so are my siblings. However my mother contacted my Aunty and she will be taking me to the doctor. I would like to heal properly and get back to class. I have already completed the work and assignments in advance and have submitted the project to Sir James.
I, therefore, kindly request you to grant me my leave for which I shall remain forever grateful.
