Sub: Application for leave for sick leave for class 6th student
Sir,
With all due respect and honour, I would like to state that I am suffering from allergies. I have been having severe stomach aches and rashes for the past few days. My parents took me for a check-up yesterday, the doctor made me go through a blood test and urine then after scanning and the results came in that I had a very bad pollen allergy.
This started as I went to the farm and picked up flowers, I was unaware of the allergy till the results came in. I was advised to take complete bed rest for the next week, be on a full course of medication and then come for another review the next week. I would like to request a leave for a week i.e. 1st of June 2023 till the 7th of June 2023. I have completed all my monthly tests and have submitted my assignments as well.
I, therefore, kindly request you to grant me my leave for which I shall remain ever grateful.
