Sub: Application for leave for sick leave for class 7th student
Sir,
With all due respect and honor I would like to state that I am suffering from jaundice. I have been having severe fever, headache and body ache for the past few days. My parents took me for a check-up yesterday, the doctor made me go through several blood test and urine test then after scanning and the results came in with that I had jaundice.
I was advised to take complete bed rest for the next one week and then come for another review on the next week. I would like to request a leave for a week i.e. 1st of June 2023 till the 7th of June 2023. I have completed all my monthly test and have submitted my assignments as well.
I therefore, kindly request you to grant me my leave for which I shall remain ever grateful.
