Subject – Application for the request for sick leave of class 12
Sir,
With all due respect and honour, I would like to state that I would like to request a leave for three days i.e. 3rd of February 2022 till the 5th of February 2022 because I am suffering from cold and cough. I would like to take this leave so that I can go for a check-up and heal properly. My parents are currently out of the station and so are my siblings.
However, my mother contacted my uncle and aunt because they live nearby and they will be taking me to the doctor. I want to heal properly and get back to class. I would not want others to catch the same sickness because of me. I have already completed the work and assignments in advance and have submitted the project to Sir James.
I, therefore, kindly request you to grant me my leave for which I shall remain forever grateful.
