Respected Madam,
With due humility, this is to bring to your kind attention that I, Sangita, student of class X-B will not be able to come to school from 29th December, 2022- 4th January, 2023 because of Pitru Paksha. The Hindus take this occasion to its utmost seriousness.Pitru Paksha is a 16–lunar day period in Hindu calendar when Hindus pay homage to their ancestors, especially through food offerings.
I will try to complete my homework whenever possible and will prepare the lessons for the upcoming examinations. Hence, I request you to grant me leave for a few days. I assure you that I shall be joining back soon in good health.
I will be obliged to you for accepting my leave application and letting me take proper rest to recover properly.
