Subject: Leave Application for Eye Pain
Respected Madam,
With due humility, this is to bring to your kind attention that I, Sangita, student of class XI-B will not be able to come to school from 16th December, 2022- 17th December, 2022 as I am suffering from severe eye pain. It has already been 10 days and the situation still doesn’t seem to be in control. There is unbearable pain and swelling in my eyes.
Since it might be a communicable disease, I will have to stay a few days at home as advised by my doctor. I will try to complete my homework whatsoever possible and will prepare the lessons for the upcoming examinations. Hence, I request you to grant me leave for two days. I assure you that I shall be joining back soon in good health.
I will be obliged to you for accepting my leave application and letting me take proper rest to recover properly.
