Subject: Leave Application for Leg Swelling
Respected Madam,
With due humility, this is to bring to your kind attention that I, Sangita, student of class X-B will not be able to come to school from 29th December, 2022- 4th January, 2023 as I am suffering from severe leg swelling. I had fallen while I was running in the school sports day.
As a result, my left leg has twisted which has caused excessive pain and difficulty in walking. Doctor has advised me to rest for a few days. I will try to complete my homework whenever possible and will prepare the lessons for the upcoming examinations. Hence, I request you to grant me leave for few days. I assure you that I shall be joining back soon in good health.
I will be obliged to you for accepting my leave application and letting me take proper rest to recover properly.
