Subject: Leave Application for Knee Pain
Respected Madam,
With due respect and great pleasure, this is to bring to your kind attention that I, Shanu, student of class XII-A will not be able to come to school from 28th December, 2022- 1st January, 2023 as I am suffering from severe knee pain which has re-emerged from my last fall from the bus which was two years ago. The doctor has strictly advised me to be on bed rest as the situation gets worse during the winter season.
I will try to complete my homework whatsoever possible and will prepare the lessons for the upcoming examinations. Hence, I request you to grant me leaves on the above mentioned dates. I assure you that I shall be joining back soon in good health.
I will be obliged to you for accepting my leave application and letting me take proper rest to recover properly.
