Subject: Leave Application for Loose Motions
Respected Madam,
With due respect and great pleasure, this is to bring to your kind attention that I, Shanu, student of class XII-A will not be able to come to school from 31st December, 2022- 4th January, 2033 as I am suffering from loose motions. It’s been 2 days but it still doesn’t seem to be in control. I attended a wedding last week, and consequently I have also been suffering from a stomach infection. The doctor has strictly advised me to be on bed rest and undertake different tests to diagnose the real problem. I will try to complete my homework whatsoever possible and will prepare the lessons for the upcoming examinations. Hence, I request you to grant me leaves on the above mentioned dates. I assure you that I shall be joining back soon in good health.
I will be obliged to you for accepting my leave application and letting me take proper rest to recover properly.
