Subject: Leave Application for Low Bp
Respected Madam,
With due respect and great pleasure, this is to bring to your kind attention that I, Sunil, Associate Director, will not be able to come to work on 31st December, 2022 as I am suffering from a low blood pressure issue since last night. The situation didn’t improve even in the morning. Consequently, I fainted in the bathroom this morning.
I had consulted a doctor who has advised me to take rest for sometime and get admitted to the hospital if need be. I will try to complete my task when I come back. Hence, I request you to grant me a leave. I assure you that I shall be joining back soon in good health.
I will be obliged to you for accepting my leave application and letting me take proper rest to recover properly.
