Subject: Leave Application for Driving License Test
Respected Madam,
With utmost sincerity, this is to bring to your kind notice that I won’t be able to come to work on 31st December 2022 as I have my driving license test. I have been preparing really hard for this test for a year and have taken driving lessons for the same as I really want a license this time.
It is very important for me as I am the only member in the family who knows how to drive. Thus, I, Anshika, hereby request you to grant me leave on the above mentioned date. I will complete my pending tasks once I come back to work. I assure you that I shall be present on 2nd January, 2023.
I will be grateful to you for accepting my leave application and letting me take this test.
