Subject: Leave Application for Family Commitment
Respected Madam,
With utmost sincerity, this is to bring to your kind notice that I won’t be able to come to work from 9th December, 2022- 11th December, 2022 due to some prior family engagement. There is something that needs to be done on a priority basis and postponing it would not help.
My parents are old and cannot do this by themselves, hence I have to present at home to see that things work smoothly. Thus, I, Isha, hereby request you to grant me leave on the above mentioned dates for this family commitment. I will complete my target assigned for the days when I will be on leave from home. I assure you that I shall be present on 12th December, 2022.
I will be grateful to you for accepting my leave application.
