Subject: Leave application for pilgrimage
Respected Madam,
With due humility, this is to bring to your kind attention that I, Mehak, Assistant director will not be able to come to school from 30th December, 2022- 4th January, 2023 as I want to go for my journey of pilgrimage. My family, especially my grandparents, takes this event to the utmost seriousness.
Hence, I request you to grant me leave for a few days. I assure you that I shall be joining back soon in good health.I am working extra hours at the office this month to cover up the maximum work lined up for the next month. I will be back by the 4th of January, 2023 without any delay.
I will be grateful to you for accepting my leave application.
