Subject – Leave due to COVID-19
Respected Mam,
I am writing this application to inform you that I have tested positive for COVID-19. This is because this disease has caught hold of the whole city in which I live. Since it is a highly contagious disease, the doctor has advised me to socially isolate myself for two weeks and has also prescribed me to take some medicines. Now that I am positive, I do not want to give this deadly disease to anyone else. Also, it is worth mentioning that the authorities have sealed off our area and placed banners of �Red Zone� on all its periphery, which bars anyone�s to and fro movement. Please take notice of my absence from the school for two weeks. I will join the school immediately after testing negative.
