Subject – Leave due to COVID-19
Respected Mam,
I am writing this application to inform you that I have tested positive for COVID-19. This is because this disease has caught hold of the whole city in which I live. Since it is a highly contagious disease, the doctor has advised me to socially isolate myself for two weeks and has also prescribed me to take some medicines. Now that I am positive, I do not want to give this deadly disease to anyone else. Also, it is worth mentioning that the authorities have sealed off our area and placed banners of “Red Zone” on all its periphery, which bars anyone’s to and fro movement. Please take notice of my absence from the school for two weeks. I will join the school immediately after testing negative.
