Subject: Half day leave for medical check up
Respected sir,
I’m submitting this leave application as a request to you to grant me a half day leave. I have a medical check up due today because of my recurring health conditions. I have been missing classes because of my health condition, hence my doctor has advised me to get a check up to understand the root problem. I request you to be considerate about my request and grant me a half day leave. I assure you that I’ll catch up with the classes I’ll be missing while I undergo a medical check up.
