I am writing this application to inform you that I have been diagnosed with Chickenpox. As you know that this viral disease is highly contagious, the doctor has advised me to isolate myself for two weeks. Therefore, it has become impossible for me to attend the school. Please take note of my absence from the school for two weeks and grant me a leave for two weeks. I shall join after full recovery.
