Subject – Application for leave for wife expecting a baby.
Sir,
With all due respect and honour, I would like to state that my wife’s delivery is due the day after tomorrow i.e.17th of November. I am writing to request leave for two days, which is on the 16th and 17th of November 2022, for my wife. This is our first child and I would love to be there for my family. We currently have no other emotional support from other family members apart from my father because they all live out of state.
My grandparents live out of state as well and will be coming to visit my family only next week. I would love to be there for my wife during such a time and be there for her emotionally and physically. I will be back by the 18th of November 2022 with no delay. I will put forth as much effort as I have lost during my leave. I have requested Ma’am sang for the required task and she happily accepted to do so.
I, therefore, kindly request you to grant me my leave for which I shall remain forever grateful.
