Subject – Application for leave for sister’s pregnancy delivery
Sir,
With all due respect and honour, I would like to state that my sister has been under very serious labor pain since yesterday resulting in her health degradation. I am writing to request you grant me leave for tomorrow to take care of my sister who is unable to walk properly due to her very weak health. I will need to be with my sister and her husband’s family at this time of need.
Her delivery is expected to be tomorrow between 12-3 pm. I am writing in request to grant me leave for a week i.e 6th of July to the 12th of July 2022. I will return to work by the 13th of July 2022 and do the needful. I have requested Sir Kane to do the necessary work for the upcoming project which is due next week.
I, therefore, kindly request you to grant me my leave for which I shall remain forever grateful.
