Subject: Leave Application for Sports Tournament
Respected Sir,
With deep regret and remorse, this is to bring to your kind notice that I will be having my sports tournament on the 7th of July till the 14th of July 2023. This sports tournament is more like a tradition for our drive and we as the youths take this event very seriously. This is because our sole aim from this sports tournament is to unite better together and get to know each other better. It’s for the age of 20 till 27.
We believe that it is through this that strong bonds would be made and new brotherhood and sisterhood feelings would outgrow making us into a strong tribe. Thus I, Sunita, hereby request you to grant me leave from 7th of July 2023- 7th July, 2023. I will complete the targets assigned once I join back the office. I assure you to join back at the earliest possible.
