Subject: Leave Application for sneezing
Respected Sir
With all due respect and honour, I would like to state that I would like to take leave for three days i.e. 5th of March 2022 till the 7th of March 2022. I have been sneezing severely for the past day and have been getting worse. With the days off I’d like to go to the doctor for a check up. I have already called the doctor to schedule an appointment and told him a slight gist of what I have been going through.
He advised me to check myself at Global Hospital where he works at the earliest. I am also facing very teary eyes and severe nosebleeds. I , Naina, Sales Head, hereby request you to grant me a leave on the above mentioned date. I have already completed the assigned targets in advance so that the company doesn’t suffer any backlog. I assure you that I shall be present on the 8th of March 2022.
I will be really obliged to you for accepting my leave application.
