Subject – Application for the request of leave for my sisters baby shower function
Sir,
With all due respect and honour, I would like to request a leave of two days i.e. the 6th and the 7th of May 2022 for my baby shower funcion at Stefan Villa, Texas. My older sister has had health issues since long ago and was unable to give birth even after multiple tries. It was a hard take on her however she did not give up.
She took her medications and went through quite a lot of injections as well. This year was quite a surprise for her and her husband and all family members as well. There is a baby on the way. She is 5 months pregnant. And in joy we decided to have a baby shower event.
I have requested Miss Laura to do the required task for the week in my absence and she has happily accepted to do so. I assure you that I will be back to resume my work by the 8th of May 2022. I will put forth as much as I have lost during my leave and make up for the time lost.
