Subject – Application for the request of leave for mother’s hand fracture
Sir,
With all due respect and honour, I would request a leave for tomorrow i.e. 6th of February 2022 because of my mother’s hand fracture. My mother had a hand fracture yesterday while she was unloading some heavy stuff from the vehicle and while doing so she slipped and fell causing her to have a hand fracture.
My father is out of station at the moment and we have no other family support at the moment. I would like to request a leave for tomorrow so that I can take care of my mother during this time of need. I have requested Miss Naro to do the required task tomorrow in my absence and she has happily accepted to do so.
I assure you that I will be back to resume my work by the 21st of February 2022. I will put forth as much as I have lost during my leave and make up for the time lost.
I, therefore, kindly request you to grant me my leave for which I shall remain forever grateful.
