With humility, this is to bring to your kind notice that the judicial review of my pending case of Flat Registry Dispute of my village’s land is scheduled on 30th December, 2022. It’s been a year since the initiation of this case. My physical presence is essential in the hearing of the case.
Someone has claimed right on my share of land based on some previous farce documents. Thus I, Naina, Sales Head, hereby request you to grant me a leave on the above mentioned date. I have already completed the assigned targets in advance so that the company doesn’t suffer any backlog. I assure you that I shall be present on 31st December, 2022.
