Subject – Application for the request of leave for my brother’s operation
Sir,
With all due respect and honour, I would like to request a leave of three days i.e. the 6th of May 2022 to the 9th of May 2022 because of my brother’s operation. My brother has been having problems because of the pain in his stomach for some time now. We consulted a doctor a few days back and the results came in, suggesting that my brother will need surgery as soon as possible because of stones in his stomach.
With my parent out of station, I would like to take a leave for three days to care for him. I will put forth as much effort as I have lost during my leave and make up for the lost time. I have already requested Mr . Raj to do the necessary work in my place. I will be back by the 10th of May 2022 to resume my work.
I, therefore, kindly request you to grant me my leave for which I shall remain forever grateful.
