Subject: Application for the post of a games prefect
Respected Madam,
Most humbly, this is to bring to your kind notice that I, James, would like to apply for the post of games prefect for the school, Preparatory School. I have the required set of degrees needed for this post. I am currently a senior and have not failed any of my examinations. I have skills and knowledge through a Certificate III in Horticulture.
I assure you that I will do a great job in uplifting the station’s name. I am strong-willed and determined. I am one to live by the clock and I promise to be always on time and do all my duties regularly.
I am aware that my work requires me to help organize games and equipment during break times and at lunchtimes and help with the running activities and help to explain rules and support fair play. More towards that, I am confident in my skills to be cooperative, helpful, well-mannered, trustworthy, and responsible.
Be respectful to teachers, peers, and the school environment and display leadership qualities such as confidence, initiative, and problem-solving skills and be willing to take on extra responsibility. I am willing to be sincere to partake in all the work handed to me and I assure you that I would not do anything that would cause any harm to the school’s name.
