Most humbly, this is to bring to your kind notice that I, James, would like to apply for the post of librarian for the school, Preparatory School. I have the required set of degrees needed for this post.i have completed my high school, my bachelor and my masters library Science. I have secured a first division in all my degrees. I assure you that I will do a great job in uplifting the station’s name. I am strong-willed and determined.
I am one to live by the clock and I promise to be always on time and do all my duties regularly. I am aware that my work requires me to be in charge of collecting, organising, and issuing library resources such as books, films, and audio files. More towards that, I am confident in my skills to be cooperative, helpful, well-mannered, trustworthy, and responsible.
Be respectful to teachers, peers, and the school environment and display leadership qualities such as confidence, initiative, and problem-solving skills and be willing to take on extra responsibility. I am willing to be sincere to partake in all the work handed to me and I assure you that I would not do anything that would cause any harm to the school’s name.
