Most humbly, this is to bring to your kind notice that I, Ailee A, would like to apply for the post of library prefect at your academy, Sacred Heart Academy. I have the required set of degrees needed for this job. I have currently completed my bachelors I English. I also have my certificate in soft speaking. I assure you that I will do a great job in uplifting the institution’s name. I am strong-willed and determined.
I am one to live by the clock and I promise to be always on time and do all my duties regularly. I am mindful that my job will require me to assist with daily tasks of the library such as issuing new library cards, checking out library materials, receiving returns, collecting late charges, and determining outstanding materials.
I am also aware that this job will require me to see all returns, or oversees and trains volunteers to return, books and materials to stacks. I am confident in myself for possessing good time-management skills, and great interpersonal and communication skills. I am willing to be sincere to partake in all the work handed to me and I assure you that I would not do anything that would cause any harm to the institution’s name.
