Respected Madam,
Most humbly, this is to bring to your kind notice that I, Aben ezung, would like to apply for the post of a deputy senior prefect. I have the required set of qualities needed for this position. I assure you that I will do a great job in uplifting the company’s name. I am strong-willed, determined and have a good command of my leadership skills as well.
I have secured the highest in my emotional intelligence tests, which is why I am confident in my skills as a business studies teacher. I have to have good communication skills, problem solving,and emotional intelligence, teamwork, organisation and time management and most importantly leadership and team management.
I am aware that my job requires me to maintain collaboration among prefects, coordinate Prefects activity, and provide links between the Prefects Body and the School Administration and represent the Student Body. I am willing to be sincere to partake in all the work handed to me and I assure you that I would not do anything that would cause any harm to the institution’s name.
