Subject: Application for the Position of a Disc Jockey at your Club
Sir,
I am writing this letter to apply for the position of a disc jockey at your reputed club. Your nightclub had recently advertised in the newspaper about hiring new disc jockeys, and I believe I fit the requirements. I have worked as a disc jockey at two notable nightclubs before, and I am well trained in mixing tunes and music as well as hyping up the crowd.
I have attached my resume which includes the details of that job here, as well as a letter of recommendation from the owner of the store. I have also performed gigs at many weddings, parties and events, and I have never failed to rile up the partygoers at any of these events. I have been greatly applauded at all of my gigs, and the feedback has always been amazing.
I am a hard working individual who learns fast, and I will be a great addition to your nightclub! I am currently a student at a state university, and I pay for my college tuition fees through these jobs since my parents are unable to financially support me. Thus, I would be forever grateful to you if you hire me for this position.
I am well-mannered and cheerful and can assure that I will get along well with the rest of the disc jockeys, managers and bartenders and adjust in no time. I can also easily commute to and from the club every day as well because I have a scooter which I am quite adept at driving. I really hope you consider my application and hire me for the position.
