Subject – Application for the request of leave due to my friend’s sister’s marriage
Sir,
With all due respect and honour, I would like to state that I would like to request a leave for tomorrow i.e 21st of November 2022 because of my friend’s sister’s marriage. The marriage is scheduled for the 21st of November at Nagi resort at 1 pm. This event is extremely important for the family especially because the bride is the only child and friend’s sister’s plans on making this ceremony a grand event.
More towards that, the family members of the bride are asked to be there early to help in the preparation of the feast. I, being very close to the family feel the need to be there to help out. I write this in a request for you to allow me to attend this auspicious occasion. I have requested Miss Neha to take care of all necessary work in my absence.
I, therefore, kindly request you to grant me my leave for which I shall remain forever grateful.
