Subject – Application for the request of leave due to my mother’s paralysis
Sir,
With all due respect and honour, I would like to state that I would like to take leave for a week i.e 7th of February 2022 till the 14th of February 2022 because of my mother’s paralysis. My mother has been hospitalized at Downtown hospital for a few weeks now because of her body paralysis. My siblings are currently out of the station and my dad is also not feeling his best at the moment.
My siblings will be reaching our hometown in a few weeks and so we decided to shift turns in taking care of our parents. We have no other family support at the moment either. Concerning all this, I would like to go to my hometown and take care of my dad. I assure you that I will be back by the 15th of February 2022 with no delay. I will put forth as much as I have lost during my leave and make up for the time lost.
I, therefore, kindly request you to grant me my leave for which I shall remain forever grateful.
