Subject:- Application For Attendance.
Respected Sir,
Most Humbly and respectfully, I am writing this to inform you that on 23rd of August, 2022 I was sent to (Govt. Training Center for Personnels) on deputation basis for my yearly training. I was ordered to get attendence slips from the Training Center to get my attendence marked at my parent department and for disbursal of my salary. The attendence from the Training center has been annexed with this application (which is complete in every sense). Kindly, mark my attendence here at the attendence register so that my 02 month salary is disbursed accordingly. I shall be highly obliged.
