Dear sir/ma’am,
I’m writing this letter to inform you that I’ve been feeling under the weather and I’m constantly feeling tired due to my prescribed medication. I’m having trouble concentrating in the classes and lagging in my classwork. My parents want me to take a leave for two days to rest as a solution for my tiredness and resume my classes.
