Subject – Application for the request of leave due to my wife’s pregnancy check up
Sir,
With all due respect and honour, I would like to state that I would like to take leave for tomorrow i.e 7th of February 2022 because of my wife’s pregnancy checkup. This is her last checkup as she is due next month in March, the first week. My presence is also requested by the doctor. I would also personally like to be by her side to take care of her.
