Subject – Application for the request of leave due to my wife’s ill health

With all due respect and honour, I would like to state that I would like to request a leave for three days i.e 28th of August to the 31st of August 2022 because of my wife’s ill health. My wife has not been feeling well for quite some time now, and with time it has gotten worse. I would like to request this leave to take care of my wife and see up to all necessary medical checkups if needed.
